The tongue and grooves are breaking

we have had this floor installed in our entire house for a little over a year and a half now.. and the tongue and grooves are starting to break, so the floor sinks every time you walk on a plank where it broke. not happy at all.

Most of the flooring was defective as most boards had no tongue for the groove. HD said it’s a manufacturer issue and will not help to replace or reimburse or even contact them regarding the flooring we could not use. Hopefully the manufacturer will be more helpful but I’m not betting on it.
