Handles are not robust. Poor warranty support
I used this wheelbarrow for normal homeowner use, and the handle broke after a couple years. When I reached out to Jackson, they told me that the product only has a 30-day warranty, and that they weren't going to help me. FYI, when the handle breaks, the wheelbarrow is unusable. I'd recommend one of the units with straight handles and wouldn't recommend Jackson as a brand, given their lack of support of the product.

Handle broke
After owning the Total Control wheel barrow for less than a year one of the plastic handles broke. It has been under cover since day one so it has not been exposed to any of the elements. I have not been able to find a replenishment and don’t look forward to adding more to the cost of owning one.
I will attempt to update post if I am able to contact Jackson directly.

Supposed to be a professional tool
My issue is not so much the quality of the steel, as for the absolute amateur assembly materials as well as inaccuracies in the overall engineering. The bolts to assemble the wheelbarrow are absurdly overlong , the underside of the wheelbarrow looks like a forest of bolt ends....about an inch to an inch and a half long.... The contact edge of the bolt heads is square but the holes are round. A lot of the braces are not sized correctly. The wheel brackets we're not machined for this handle set and don't align with the handles? So there's a little overhang for no reason and you cannot correct the alignment without making the wheel crooked ....even on the video online the wheel brackets stick out past the edge of the handle. It's so incredibly sloppy! if you made a million other items and decided to take some of those spare parts and make wheelbarrows from them this is what it would look like .....but,All you do is make wheelbarrows! These are all incredibly easy things to fix! Just disappointing!

Solid wheelbarrow
This is a great wheelbarrow, made in China unfortunately. Handles are much easier to use than the straight ones. Can store standing on end, and it's pretty stable in that mode. Read some complaints about solid tire, but this tire has some flexibility, and I don't think there's much difference between it and a firmly inflated tube tire.

Great Wheelbarrow, So-so Assembly Process
Once assembled, it's a great wheelbarrow. Tolerances aren't that great so when assembling, be sure to follow the tip to not tighten any fasteners until it's complete. Once complete you can adjust the fit and then tighten.
