I had the product deliver to the local store. When I picked it up, it was in a shipping box. Until I got home and opened the box, there was no where to find the product was from Joy Chen. In addition, the pizza cut was so flimsy: the wooden handle has a split at the bottom. BTW, the pizza stone is not very flat and the pizza didn't come out well. I have another smaller pizza stone not from Joy Chen or HomeDepot, which works really well with all my pizzas. Given it is pandemic, I didn't bother to return it. Really disappointed.
