The Golden Throne
Had to order a replacement 10-in rough-in, which was wabbly, leaking, on the wall and a generic brand. This new Kohler fits like a dream, does not wabble or sit on wall (from bolt to wall was exact 10 inches). It's got a nice quick power flush...it's going to take a lot to clog this beauty. I feel like a queen sitting on my golden throne.

Poor fitting tank cover
The tank cover doesn’t properly fit, leaving a gap at the back that you could slide a credit card in. The tank rim bows out, but the lid is straight on the wall side, so it doesn’t cover the back. I requested and received a replacement from Kohler and it was the exact same, so that’s the intended design on this model. The toilet itself works great and looks great otherwise! Pretty disappointing as the rest of the Kohler products I’ve purchased for my bathroom reno are top fit + quality.

Very nice, butt one concern.
Love pretty much everything about this toilet as far as assembly, operation, finish, the dual flush capability. I am suspect however of the low quality plastic seat, thus my four star rating.
This unit is brand new, just installed, and other than test flushes, not used yet.
My concern is what appears to be cracked seat. Tough to see in the photo, Visually, it appears to be a crack. Structurally, it doesn't seem like it's cracked. No sharp edge. I'll give it some time, then I'll know for sure.

Tend to crack
I've bought 3 Kohler toilets in the past 2 years, and two have developed cracks in the bowl in the first year. Fortunately Kohler stood by their warranty and replaced one of these, but I won't be buying any more given their track record with me.

Setup for failure
The bolts for the flush kit pre-installed in the water tank are too short for attaching to the bowl. Also since the bolts are already encased in rubber, I have to replace the entire flushing system in the tank instead of simply finding longer bolts.

Assembly Required, Wax Ring Included
This was ordered online and shipped to my home without issue.
This was a fairly straight forward install for this toilet. This toilet comes with everything you'll need to swap out a toilet. it has the hardware to secure the toilet to the floor, as well as a standard sized wax ring. A soft close toilet seat is also included.
I did have to go to my local home deport to pick up a new water line as the one for the previous toilet was 4" too short, so anticipate that.
There is not a lot of water that is inside the bowl so it does use less water when flushing. the tank fills fairly quietly due to the design of the innards so late night flushes will not wake the family.
All in all this was an easy install and looks great in our bathroom.

Love Kohler!
First of all, I want to say that I love Kohler products. I have installed a couple of Kohler toilets in my home and love them. This latest acquisition is going in my daughter's basement bathroom. I helped my son-in-law finish their basement, and the next project is to finish the basement over Christmas vacation. This fixture has a non-standard 10 in. rough-in, which is what I was looking for. My daughter likes the water tank style. This will be a great addition to the bathroom. It has an elongated bowl, is chair height, and is clog free. It has an economical 1.28 gallon flush. It was very well packaged, and even comes with a slow-close seat and lid.
