    Absoutely Terrible
After 9 Months we started experiencing problems. The flooris coming up in places. Only 3 people live in our house and 1 doesn't work yet. Trying to claim a warranty has been very difficult.

Absolute trash- I wish I read the comments
Extremely cheap. I really wish I read the 1 star reviews before buying this. Dont even look at this floor the wrong way or its scratching, scuffing, and denting. Everything it says it wont do because its a “good product”. This is maddening. Im a very upset with this purchase. As the homeowner I take care of my things. 9 thousand dollars on flooring alone and not even 6 months into living in the house, I will never buy LifeProof again. DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY

        Great flooring!
We were looking for an alternative to refinishing our hardwood floors and chose Lifeproof’s Acadia Birch. It’s relatively easy to install. You do need to be careful and not let furniture scratch it, but that would be the same for solid wood. We have two dogs and it’s been great with no wear. Because we couldn’t find matching stair treads, we purchased Behr paint in Eiffel Tower and painted the stairs.

          Absolute Trash, zero stars
I purchased about 1000 sq ft of this, at first it looks beautiful, and if you're installing it in an area where no one lives then it will stay that way, except for the splintered pieces straight out of the box. Over the course of the nine months I've had this installed it's now absolute trash. Chips, splinters, scratches, and dings all over the place. Paid a premium for "life proof" and it's anything but that and their warranty department will do NOTHING, they don't stand behind their products.

This flooring looks great. Only giving it 4 stars because it is only 6 weeks since it was installed in our bedroom with minimal traffic use. Hope it will last. We got great pricing with 10% off and we were able to return the extra unopened boxes.

            Chunks are coming off
We've only had our floors for a few short months. There are slivers and larger chunks coming off all over. Not in high traffic areas. Not where furniture is rubbing on the floors. Just in random locations all over the place. When you spend thousands of dollars on getting new floors and this happens, it's absolutely maddening. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

              Poor, not what product claims
Click lock weak many times not holding. Extream care is needed to prevent chipping edges during assembly. Dents and chips easly. Wont use for balance of project.

After 9 months with this product, serious remorse
I chose the Biscayne Oak Engineered hardwood because it's a fabulous color! We installed ourselves and once we got the hang of the click assembly, it went fairly smooth. Now, after 9 months of having this flooring I'm severely disappointed. It is definitely NOT Lifeproof! Do Not buy this flooring if you have a family, dogs, kids or furniture. We've had to put felt on all our furniture and dining room chairs and our dogs (whose nails are well maintained) seem to scratch it so easily. The color was perfect and now it's starting to look like crap.

                  Please don't buy this.
Fully dissatisfied. After install, so many black spots appeared on the floor. It doesn't look shiny. It looks cheap. Totally worthless. Can anyone plz help me, what should I do now? What is their 15 years warranty? How will they cover it? Can I replace it? I just wasted my money, Worthless.
