- This product can be installed over radiant heat concrete subfloors. In-floor radiant components must be a minimum of ½ in. (13mm) below flooring and heating system should not allow floor surface temperature to exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius). Heating system should be operational for at least two weeks prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. Flooring cannot be laid directly over radiant heating mats. Please consult with the radiant heat system manufacturer to ensure that the system is compatible with vinyl flooring.

Do I need an underlayment product if I am applying on a concrete pad?
Thanks for your question. Fresh Oak has a pre-attached underlayment so nothing else is require. If you want to use an underlayment, Lifeproof Underlayment is the only warrantied option.
Can I use an adhesive to glue this to the subfloor?
Thanks for your question. This particular plank cannot be glued down and maintain the warranty. We do have a glue down Dusk Cherry plank, if you're interested. Can life proof vinyl plank that is 100% waterproof be used in shower walls?
Thanks for your question. No, we only recommend and warranty the use of our planks as a floating floor. They should not be glued, used on walls, etc.

I have 22 mil and was wondering about 30 mil for in the kitchen. Could I integrate the two at the door thresholds into the kitchen?
Thanks for your question. Even thought the planks are the same thickness, we do not recommend installing two different products together. The tongues and grooves might not line up perfectly and it can cause damage to them over time.
Can you mix and match the different thickness
Thanks for your question. We do not recommend trying to install different skus together. Many planks are different thicknesses (not just different lengths or width) and the tongue and groove will not properly lock together.
I am looking at using this tile in a room that has a baseboard hot water heating system along two walls. How would I anchor the tile without using glue?
