No it comes with a insert that you can put in the ground and put the trellis on
You can just use the insert provided it is roughly 2 1/2 feet. Pound it in the ground put the trellis on top of the insert attached with screws no Cement needed
You can put a freestanding using the inserts provided with the trellis. Just put the inserts in the ground and set the trellis on top of them. Secure insert to trellis no Cement needed
It can be painted. It would be hard to steam do you do it being a composite I wood mix. You would get a an uneven stain
In order to secure to the ground it comes with an insert that you could pound into the ground and put the trellis on. As far as how far from the wall that would be up to you. It is a sturdy trellis even if you put it in the middle of a field or 3 inches from the wall
I don’t think you can paint behind your trellis without disturbing your established vines. Maybe you can trim down the vines in order to paint your wall, then regrow your vines up the trellis?
The white version of the Concord is the Grande trellis. This trellis is protected by our 20 year manufacturer's warranty and you will never have to paint it or stain it.
Ours gets full afternoon sun with no problem.
Interesting question. We do not have an arbor based on the Concord trellis. We may have some spare parts in our warehouse that might be available. I recommend calling our customer service team in about 2 weeks (once the Spring rush has died down). 800-282-9346
That's a great question. I would lean towards the "light brown". This trellis is covered by our 10 year warranty and you will never have to paint it or stain it.
