No. This is a wired IP solution and will not be compatible with our wireless cameras or devices. You can, however, add up to 16 total cameras to the NVR. We have a 2-PK of add on cameras on our sales site. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
Can you make longer cables for these. Like a 328 ft 5E.

If you are needing to go out that far, we would recommend using a single Ethernet cable run, as opposed to multiple Ethernet cables connected together. That way you do not experience any power or video quality issues. Thank you.
Does this system need internet to run? Or would it work with zero connectivity?

Your Night Owl device only needs to be connected to a modem/router if you wish to view it remotely on a PC/MAC or a Smart Device. To remotely view your system, you must manually connect an Ethernet cable from your modem/router to the DVR/NVR. If you do not want remote viewing, you can connect the system to a TV or monitor to view live video feed and recordings. Thanks for choosing Night Owl!

Keeps Going Down
If it is not accessible when you are away, then it is not a security camera. You have to have access to the cloud and when they bring down the cloud to work on the only one they have, you have no security. DO NOT BUY!

I am pretty technologically challenged but these cameras, NVR and app were easy to install. So far, I am very happy with the quality and protection this system provides.
One of my cameras is not working after providing great pics for four days. When I go to the slide show I lose another pic??? I have a six camera system. Love the quality of the pics in the slide show mode. Pray for me.

I like everything on this DVR and the fact that the setup is super easy. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that there is no way to see it on a computer and only on a cell phone.

I've had several systems in the past both wireless and wired. This system is by far the best.
