Great Customer Service and Product
We are very happy with the design and quality. The only issue was the film got wet leaving a messy residue. We cleaned it off with alcohol. Peak Customer Service sent us a gift card for our trouble! Excellent!

Great product
Great product, easy to install. I installed this on concrete and used 3 1/4" tapcon masonry/concrete screws and the post are very secure. Note that not all Home Depot carry this product.

great design and ordering system, nice results
I found this competitive railing option on homedepot.com. It links to the peak site. From there, I was easily able to build my layout and choose between a few options. The build creates an order list and approximate cost for all materials when ordered on homedepot.com. Since i wanted a black animal fence grid look in this system, I built my design with full glass panels and purchased the glass gaskets with my order, but not the glass. I then sourced a galvanized 4” x 4” utility grid and cut to size so it fit inside the glass gaskets once the railing was installed. I get a lot of positive compliments from the neighbors on the looks of it. I had a very positive experience with this sytem and the planning tools, plus it was very competitive in cost. I would recommend a saw blade made to cut aluminum if you have a medium to large job to get the fast, quality cuts needed. I am glad I purchased the blade for my miter saw to make the cutting quick and get professional results. HIGHLY recommended.

Need quality control.
Most parts had a decent finish on them. The stair picket and spacer kit I had was not good. Pickets had rough corners to them. The spacers were poorly cut and had marks on every one of them from the cutting process. The posts and top rails were beautifully finished.
The lower rail had a really bad flaw that people should be aware of before they install them. I always leave the protective peel off plastic on metal parts until after installation. Do NOT do this with this product. When I removed the plastic from the lower rails it left what looked like sticker residue on the rail that would not come off and is part of the finish. Not sure if the plastic had a reaction with the paint or if they put it on too soon after coating the bottom rail but it looks awful and will need to be repainted. It would be better to peel off the protective plastic first and just take the risk of scratching it during installation over having a screwed up finish on a rail that is already installed. I attached a picture with some white paper behind it to show it. Everything else has a nice satin finish to it and the bottom rail has a sparatic dull finish following the ripples of the peel off plastic. Goo Gone and paint thinner will not make any difference at all.
