I personally like to mountain berry. Tlike the taste of these I like to keep some around to drink when I need a little energy. They are good chilled. I can just grab one and take it to the gym or the park when I am ready. It has electrolytes that help me stay hydrated and is low in calories. The bottle has a cap that I can use to reseal it when I don't drink it all at once.

The taste is amazing 🥲 when ever I’m dehydrated I’ll pop one of these bad boys open and drink one and I’m feeling much better! There’s not to much ingredients which is great and the bottle looks slim like I wana look in my 50s. They also server this flavor at McDonald’s and I always get it to feel a little bit more healthier when I go there.
