Q:What exactly is the point of this thing if it only charges 1 battery at once? It doesn?t shut off, so you can?t use it to store the batteries sooo what?s the point ? Maybe a slightly faster charging speed?

Warranty registration is clunky, a time waster, don't bother
One battery dead after a few months, tried to get another under warranty, says they replaced it, but I never got one

Long Lasting Performer
Much preferred over the 2.0 Ah batteries that originally came with my multi-piece starter of Ridgid 18V tools and especially my Ridgid leaf blower which I purchased without a battery.

Batteries hold good charge and power the SDS Chisel drill great
The Rigid batteries have a lifetime warranty. That is impressive. I haven't owned Rigid products before, but the batteries are a lure. The hold 4 ah each. I got a good deal at HD, they were 75% off. The work well in my new Rigid SDS Chisel drill. Wow. They push through the mortar and stone easily. So far, both great products.

This charger is tiny I hope it holds up.
I received the 2 lithium 18 V 4 AH batteries and charger the charger is very little and cheaply made time will tell!!!!

Ridgid Beats the BIG GUYS
Great deal compared to other high end brands. I love the warranty and Ridgid absolutely supports their warranty provided you register the product and jump through the proper hoops. Its not that hard and well worth the time. They replaced my 12v system that i bought years ago with a new 18v system because the 12v was no longer an option. Im a heavy DIY user and would suggest Ridgid to anyone in that uses tools daily.
