Wasn't totally sure of the efficacy of the vacuum at first. After the first use i was totally impressed on the bots ability to clean and to navigate any obstacles in its path.. we were so impressed with the units performance that we purchased a second unit for our second floor.

Cleans well but needs babysitting
I've had this about 2 weeks. I was looking for a robovac that could also do some easy mopping. It seems to clean well, as it follows a good pattern. The mop cloth is rather wimpy, but that's to be expected. But the biggest reason for the 3-star is when "Rob" gets into trouble, a voice comes on. Even if I'm somewhere in the vicinity, I have no idea why it stopped. With BobSweep, if it gets into trouble, it beeps, and the start button light flashes a number of times indicating the issue.

I AM SO SO SO HAPPY WITH THIS ROBO VAC
Does GREAT on both carpet and hardwoods. Moves in a grid pattern, one way this time, the opposing part of the grid the next. It seems to REALLY get the cleaning done with the movement and it is just fun to see the patterns it leaves behind. :)
Bit larger than some other robo-vacs but I don't expect miracles and I also realize I have to vacuum, with an actual, powerful, upright, once in a while as well. ;) It did not come back to the dock the first time. Moved to new location. No issues since.

So much better than my roomba!!
My super expensive roomba bit the dust so after some research, I decided to try the Roborock E5 and i just love it! It cleans so much better than my old roomba and at a fraction of the price! I have 4 cats and a dog so between the pet hair and cat litter, I needed a vac that was powerful and could get into all little nooks and crannies and this vac does it extremely well! The app is easy to install and setup. Very happy with my purchase and plan to get another for the upstairs.

nice and affordable
i read the bad reviews but i figured it couldn't be worse than my worn out first generation roomba vacuum. ive only used the vacuum feature so far and it cleans mats and low pile area rugs like a charm. it gets caught in cords so i need to be careful with that. it does havd a feature were it untangles itself out of a cord. the remote control is a very nice feature. this robot is perfect for me because I'm disabled and can't sweep around the house anymore i didn't give it 5 stars because you need to. buy the mopping module separately . it's not ready to go

So far so good
The hardest part was figuring out which app to use and how to set up schedule The remote is nice but has zero range. The vacuum does a great thorough job. It always returns to its base with ease and goes over rugs well. Other than the app I would give it 5 stars.
