I have older versions of this, which I love. However, the can adjacent to the handle has broken in multiple cans of the new design when the city crew unloads it. The old design has never broken. Rubbermaid, please revert to your excellent product circa ~10 years ago. Buyers, you will very likely have a broken can to deal with soon after you buy it.

Poor quality
Bought five in November. It is now June. One has a cracked handle, a second has a crack in the middle and the third has a while section broken off these are precil necks not rough necks

Disappointing. The wheels are too small. With a heavy load the bottom of the trash barrel drags the ground because the wheels don’t provide enough ground clearance. Also, if you have a heavily filled trash bag that requires you to turn the barrel over to empty it there is no grab point.

tearable lids
Lids have been chewed by animals in a matter of months have to replace 2 garbage pails plus a recycle pail due to this. product is not worth the money.

These Roughneck 32 gallon wheeled barrels are a part of my daily life. I have one horse and I use some to store his dry feed as well as 8-10 of these for green waste to put out on trash day. They are perfect for my needs and I have been using them for years. I could not function without these especially with the wheels so I can easily move them around.

Original wheels are close together - and small - making the trash can unsteady while it is being rolled.
And the height of this is better suited to shorter people - taller people will have to stoop to roll it.
Since the wheels were so close together, I replaced them with wheels that are 4 inches in diameter and have ball bearings, although I doubt the ball bearing will have to come into play since the wheels don't fit the axle tightly.
The wheels are designed for a scooter and fit on the longer replacement 5/16-inch axle so the wheels would extend beyond the bottom width of the trash can. I used ½-inch PVC for spacers to keep the wheels away from the trash can. These wheels make the trash can more stable while it is being rolled. A six-feet-tall person doesn’t have to stoop as much to roll the trash can.
Hopefully, the plastic top will not need to be replaced since other reviewers have said that is not possible. I have had this only 2 weeks.
