AnswersIt will need to be pressurized to some extent, as the pump valves are not rated to draw water into it at the required flow. Flow I believe is more important than pressure, but it still needs to have water flow into the pressure pump. You can try and use a water pump configuration that will satisfy the pressure pump, I'm sure their are many water pumps that you can obtain to get what you need.

AnswerThis is from the manual from Simpson web site. "Dial-N-Wash® Adjustable Pressure Regulator (if equipped, not shown): Use the Dial-N-Wash to increase and decrease the pressure. Refer to the DialN-Wash Adjustment paragraph." The unit I purchased from HD was advertised as having an adjustable pressure handle. It did not. Apparently, Simpson does have a pressure regulating handle but whether you get one is hit or miss.
What is the gas tank capacity? What is the running time on a full tank of gas?

Answersmake sure you are using high quality fuel, and you dont have any blockage in the air filter, check that the switch is on and you should be ok.

AnswersAbsolutely!! I also washed my rv with it, just don't allow the pump to be in bypass mode (trigger released) for extended periods of time; as the pump can overheat and you can shorten the life of the pump.

Answersthis is a 4 stroke Honda motor so you put oil in the reservoir and put regular gas in the tank. i recomend non ethanol fuel to make the motor and carb last longer

Terrible
Had this pressure washer for about 3 months, when the pump went out all the sudden. One day the pressure seemed to be lower than usual, then the next day it broke. Took it off to look at it and a part of it snapped in half. The only problem is I have to buy the same pump, so the issue could just happen again. Of course they knew it was issue because it’s not covered under warranty by Home Depot or Sampson.

The pressure washer was delivered in protective packaging in perfect condition. There was a little assembly required that was easy to finish. The Honda engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I use the pressure washer around my house to clean my composite deck, cement patio around my pool, cement garage floor, and brick sidewalk. The pressure capability and selection of nozzles has given great results.

Excellent experience
Purchased this unit after considering use, price, and reviews. Picked up from my local Home Depot and set up the machine.
Unit was very well packed in original shipping container. All parts were present. After an easy setup and careful review of instructions for use, decided to follow recommendations and purchase fuel additive. Used 89 octane fuel, made all connections, purged the all air from the washer, high pressure hose and wand.
Three pulls later the Honda Motor came to life. Noise was not bad but still used ear protection and goggles. 4 hours later and three tank fulls of gas, cleaned a small deck, a 20 X 30 bluestone patio, surrounding stone wall, concrete bench. and a few bird baths. Used the 15 degree nozzle, with a medium abrasive setting on the wand. Very happy with the end results and performance of this machine. Recommended. My use will be about 6 times a year so if I get a couple years out of this pressure washer I figure I will have gotten more than my money’s worth as opposed to renting.

After "ONE DAY" of usage the hose is leaking, it seems like the hose is far BELOW specs, not able to handle the pressure from the water, multiple diminutive holes everywhere next to the water gun.
