The unit is design with no ease of installation in mind. clearance issue with shutoff valve, clearance issue installing toilet seat, no documentation on water level adjustment or anything related to the internals, hole cover is not flush on one of the side and better off regular tOverall, post install haven't had issue for the last 4 weeks so far.

I love the simple design of my new toilet. The profile is much smaller than I anticipated, but my bathroom is small and it looks really sleek and contemporary. It was installed today so time will tell if it performs as well as it looks. The seat and opening are on the large size but I’m petite and it isn’t a problem. It was easy for my contractor to install and he’s quite impressed with the look of it.

Love the unit and the flushing choices. Have a concern about the toilet seat, it has loosened and I’m not sure how to tighten it. Any advice? Thanks.

The way the openings are prohibits you from bolting the toilet to the floor. With a conventional toilet the ability to tighten the bolts are quickly and easily done.

Great quality toilet, the buttons seem to be a little loose in the housing. Worried long term. But overall good quality for price

I love how sleek this toilet looks and how easy it is to clean. We originally bought it for our master bath but then found out we had a 10” rough in so it wouldn’t work. I liked the toilet though so we put it in our half bath instead. The seat edge is narrow so the space in the middle is larger. My skinny kids have managed to use it just fine. Our contractor didn’t comment whether or not it was hard or easy to install, so I have no input there. The bolt covers on the sides on ours haven’t fallen out at all, but the Ivy we ended up going with for our master did have that issue. One thing that’s really nice about this toilet is how customizable it is. I think a lot of negative reviews haven’t really played around with adjusting things to get it just right. You can adjust the strength of both the half and full flushes as well as the water level in the bowl. For instance, our full flush level was initially set to a 2 (almost the weakest it can be) and there were some skid marks left behind. The water level in the bowl was also on the lower end of the scale so I adjusted it up as well as the flush strength and voila, no more skid marks. Swiss Madison has instructions how to do this on their website, it wasn’t really detailed in the manual that came with the toilet. It is easier to check these and adjust them before you install the toilet because you have to remove the flush valve to make the adjustments to the flush strength. The water level is easy to adjust anytime. Overall, I’m really happy with the toilet.
