Is the price for one cover or a package of 10 ?

AnswersThese are sold only in a box of 10. It is no problem having some extras lying around. They come in handy.
Does this include the adapter plate and the switch cover, or is the cover sold separately?

AnswersThe adapter plates are by themselves with no Decora covers. But mine did come with screws.

Works perfect, solved my crisis, should be stocked in store stupid you have to special order. Price was great for 10 pack, arrived at my store quickly enough. FYI this screws onto the gang box and shares screws with the switch and then the switch plates screw into this adapter.

Item works as designed. I had a quad-deco wall plate where I installed two slide dimmers but I had two toggle switches. I slipped the adapter plate over the toggle switches and it works perfectly.
