Amazing addition to any home!!! Very easy to setup. Comes fully assembled right out of the box. Slim enough to fit in between doors so no issues carrying it with a partner. Reclines back without taking up a lot of room so you can have it nudged up in a corner. Has Bluetooth speakers to hook up to. So lay back and listen to music or a podcast. Has different settings for a nice back rub and even has airbags that squeeze your legs and backside.

My wife and I have always wanted a massage chair, and we were excited when we ordered it. I always like to start out with the positive items first, keeping that in mind, I like the sleek design, the Bluetooth speaker feature along with the little pop out hangers in the top side of the chair. I was also impressed with the easy access control panel and the zero-gravity feature. Now the least liked parts about the massage chair. First off when I got it, I couldn’t believe how small it was, I thought maybe they sent me the child’s size. The chair only comes up to my hip in height, so I must bend down and lower myself into it. I was thinking maybe I could build a base to raise it up. I was able to move it by tilting it back per the directions and rolling it, but it’s hard to start it to tilt back, I put my foot on the base as you would a handcart to tip it back. And after I read the poorly written directions from someone who obviously is not a regular English language writer, I decided to try it out to see if it worked for me. I was easily able to sync the blue tooth speakers and put on some smooth jazz. Next, once I was able to sit in it, I noticed that my neck and upper shoulder were above the back of the chair, so there was no head or neck massage, and my shoulders covered the speakers. Then when you turn it on, it is supposed to adjust to your height, so it rolls you forward and back multiple times before supposedly getting that data and putting you in the zero-gravity position. Next, I tried the pre-set programs, and immediately I had to lower the intensity, it starts out high as the default, I recommend starting it at the lowest setting and working your way up (too bad the manufacturer didn’t figure this out). I went through the three (3) different pre-programmed settings (full body-neck and shoulder-shape and tone) and then the singular functions next (kneading, tapping, Swedish, shiatsu, clapping and rolling). It was okay, but since I was too big for this chair, it didn’t hit the spots it was supposed to and hit one that it shouldn’t have, I assume it was a thigh massage, but for me it was like an earthling coming home from being kidnapped by aliens, I felt like I had been probed, LOL. (Enough said, sorry for the TMI) So, figuring this was obviously for shorter people, I had my wife try it out, she was a little too big for it as well, but not as bad as me. I am only five foot nine (5’ 9”) and my wife is five foot four (5’ 4”). So, I got my daughter to come over and she is only five foot two (5’ 2”) and that seemed to be a better fit for her. She used it and had the high setting on because she decided to try it first, but a few minutes later she was lowering the intensity as well. The next day she said that her hips were hurting from the massage chair. The manual states that you should be less than two hundred and twenty pounds (220 lbs.) and I think that they should add and less than five (5) foot tall as well. Other than that, it worked well, for my wife and daughter (one way we will get her to come over more often) and they (once they learned how to immediately set the intensity down to the lowest setting) will be able to use it in the future. I am not recommending it simply because I am doing the review and for me it simply did not work because of its size, but if you are a smaller person, then it might be a good fit for you. Just remember to lower the intensity as soon as you start it and work your way up if you want it harder, until you find the right setting for you.

I was so excited to get this massage chair. It's currently in my living room as we're remodeling the office. So the good, this chair can do a very nice deep massage. You for sure hurt afterwards but that's how a deep massage is. It's got several different massage options and a power recliner feature. The Bluetooth speakers are decent but lack base but I had no expectations of them being good but I like using them while sitting in the chair watching YouTube. Now for the bad, first and foremost it's very small. I am a bigger person 6'3" and I usually fit in standard sized things but this chair is made for someone much smaller than myself. First my shoulders are to wide to fit in between the speaker wings so I have to slide down to get my upper body in but then that moves my lower body out. Also there are things that squeeze your hips and they hurt bad. It's probably because I am already touching the sides when I sit so there's not a lot of room so they squeeze hard. The chair is also a bit small for my wife and she's tall for a woman but at 5'9" she's the size of an average man and she doesn't fit comfortably. It fits my mom fine but she's 5'4". This chair is a bit of a disappointment for me.

I have wanted a Massage Chair for years. Friends in Florida have one and every time I visit, I use theirs. The OS-Bello is by far Osaki's least expensive model. As the diagram on Home Depot's website shows, the 2D has the least features. The benefit of that, it takes up the least floor space. For the size of my room, a smaller foot print is better. Also, a more expensive One-Size-Fits-All item, I would want to sit in before I bought it. This was easy to set up; just connect the cord and plug it in. It has Bluetooth and the code for pairing is on the base. The speakers are OK and sound better as you relax more. They recommend you turn it Off at the base when done, but I think that is if you have children in the house? It has 3 Automatic programs you can choose from, and you can choose the intensity, but you can only change 'width' in manual mode. It is not just a back roller like old Massage Chairs. Automatic goes through a lot of variations; you kind of feel like Pulled Taffy when you are done ... LOL! If you want, you can manually control it, and it will focus on certain areas. I am sure my Friend's was much more expensive, but I think this one, with its newer design/features, is nicer. Reasons I did not give 5 Stars ... I am 6' / 210. I fit and it is comfortable, but it is likely designed for the average size of 5' 6". I have to slouch to have it reach my neck. Also, I thought the Heater was broken; since I could not feel it. After calling Customer Service, I discovered the heat pads are mounted to the chair (see pic of one heat pad and pic with highlights showing where they are). They are not in the cushion, as I expected, and not near my spine, where I would like them to be. The Bello is 5 Star, if you are below 6' and have wide Latissimus Dorsi.

It's a nice a massage, so having the Osaki massage chair is a nice way to relax at home let the chair do it work. The chair has integrated Bluetooth speakers in the head rest so I can use my phone to play my favorite music while receiving the massage. The chair is very compact and fitted nicely in my primary bedroom. The control panel on the right had rest lets you select the automatic massage program you want "Full Body", "Neck and Shoulder" or "Shape and Tone". You can also select a "Zero Gravity" or "Rocking Chair" movement. There are also 8 manual massage setting you can select "Kneading", "Tapping", "Swedish", "Shiatsu", "Clapping" or "Rolling". There are many more settings and I am still getting used to them. I hope to dial in the chair soon to receive that perfect massage!

Not as advertised, doesn’t recline as seen in pictures, uncomfortable, massage is less than desirable

I have sciatica and chronic lower back pain, so I bought this massage chair to help with those issues. Shipping was fast. There was nothing to assemble and is fairly easy to move. The chair is comfortable, and I like the cream color. My wife and I love that it is space-saving. We're both on the shorter side in height, so not sure how it will do for tall people. The massage works great, but the heating function on ours doesn't work. We contacted customer service, and they are compensating us.

This product is worth more then 5 stars the way you fit so perfectly in it to the way it massages, to the tilt of zero gravity and the perfect warmth. This product will make you never nag at your significant other ever again begging for a backrub. I removed my moterhome passenger seat and put it in its place !!!
