A: Make sure the power to the fixture is turned off. Unscrew the bulbs. Pull each of the cups behind the bulbs out of the casing. The casing will slip off. Unscrew the wire nuts. Remove the screws which hold the back plate to the wall.

Good product, bad delivery system

The light fixture was fine, when I actually received it, which was about 5 weeks after I first ordered it. First time I order it, I had it shipped to the store. The tracking documents said it was delivered to the store but it could not be found. After waiting two weeks I re-ordered it again and had #2 sent to the same HD store. After waiting a week, the tracking documentation said it had been delivered to the store but again no one could ever find it. I gave it another week but no luck, #2 fell into the same hole. I re-ordered the same fixture a third time but this time had it delivered to my home. It arrived a little over a week later. I installed it and it looked great and worked fine. My rating of teh fixture is a 5 but the order/delivery process was a 1, with an average of 3. The customer service folks at my HD spent a lot of time and effort looking for #1 & #2, so thye get high marks. I am not sure, nor were they, as to where the system was breaking down.
