Smoke a full Small chicken
Works well for smoking but temperature beings low, fluid in cup doesn't change level much.

Works Great!
I love that this is stainless steel and washes well in the dishwasher. First time roasting a beer can chicken came out great! I’ll be using this over and over.

Amazing grill addition
I bought the Weber Gourmet grill for my boat dock. I hoped to be able to use it for more diversity in foods than my home BBQ that we used for lunch or dinners...typical BBQ grill work. The skillet that came with it became a hit for eggs and pancakes....much more. Then I added this and went for a "beer can" Chicken with veggies as on the box. Chicken was the most tender and juicy ever. Gotta try it!!!! One major tip...start the bird about 30 minutes before anything else though. Give it time to cook...as you add veggies and have to open often to turn and manage small stuff you loose too much heat for the bird. Second round I got the timing down and everyone was hailing the BBQ master's work :) Thanks Weber for making very cool BBQing possible out of a box.

The roaster cleans easily. It is easy to use. I need to master the turning and cooking of the chicken, but it was tasty and moist and fun to do!

Fantastic Accessory
This roasting basket is a great option to go with your grill. Since the center cup attachment is removable, you can take it out and use the entire basket for vegetables or leave it in and cook just chicken or chicken and vegetables. You can fit a pretty good amount of vegetables in the basket around the chicken, I'd say at least enough for 4 people. For the chicken, I used a dry rub on the outside and put beer in the center can and cooked it for about an hour & 15 minutes at 350 degrees & it turned out perfectly - some of the best chicken I've ever eaten. With about 15 minutes to go on the chicken, I added mushrooms and green beans (both brushed with Worcestershire sauce and olive oil) to the basket & that was the right amount of time to get everything done all the way through. The mushrooms were exceptionally good - the grill really brought out their flavor. If you're a grilling enthusiast, this is definitely a tool you want in your arsenal! Just be sure you have a meat thermometer on hand to check that your chicken is done & you'll be good to go! I'm already looking forward to experimenting with other marinades and seasoning!

Not as advertised
Looks better in the book or ad, tried to cook beer can chicken, with potatoes, onions, n peppers in the tray didn't turn out as advertised

Works well.
I was quite pleased with the roaster. It held the chicken well. I did not add vegetables to the pan. The chicken turned out well. I used a remote meat thermometer and removed the chicken from the grill when it reached 165 F. The chicken was delicious. I used hickory wood chips and barbeque sauce for flavor.
