A Must For Controlling a Garbage Disposal
These things are genius. An air switch can be placed in the countertop near the sink. Mine is directly above the sink. You can hit it with soaking wet hands without any concern of getting electrocuted. The switch produces a puff of air that the controller uses to turn the circuit on and off, well separated and safe under the sink. Today's building code requires the disposal to be connected via a plug so this just makes sense. Easy for self-install and a must for any professionally installed kitchen remodel.
