    Answer This Question

A:  Go to www.fcc.gov under (media), (bureau division), (engineering something or another) enter your zip code and it will list the stations you can get, and how strong a signal you should get in your location. If you click on the callsign of a station, it will also give you a bearing and distance from your location to the tower, along with a bunch of other stuff. It also will show your position on a map, when you click on a callsign, it will draw a bearing line to the tower position. Click on each callsign to see if there is more than one tower within your range.

A:  There is only one coax hook up on the antenna. I have mine outside and run it to a splitter that connects my two inside TVs.

A:  I connected it to the same connection that our old dish used. It splits from there to 3 bedroom TVs and 2 living room TVs. Great picture on all.

I live 60 miles away from the basic tv stations. I now get 53 stations. I mounted it on the old satellite dish post. I would recommend this antenna and "cut the cord" and save a ton of $$.

I purchased this antenna to mount on the roof but ran out of daylight by the time I got home. So out of curiosity set it up indoors by a window pointed to the downtown broadcast towers, and to my surprise it pulled in all the HD channels I wanted, so no trip to the roof anymore. The only problem was it was designed to be mounted on an antenna mast and leaning it against a house plant on a window box was not a good long-term solution. Fortunately I found a vertical paper towel holder with a weighted base that made quite a good stand for the antenna. It looks different but it works great. To be fair, both the antenna and HDTV are brand new so I can't say whether it's the antenna or the sensitivity of the TV tuner (or possibly a combination of both) that are causing the great reception but I can say that with older HDTV's and antennas certain channels were spotty at best but now everything comes in very well, but that having been said I'm happy that I rolled the dice on this antenna as I've had very good experience with other Winegard antennas.

This is the only antennae in my area north of Sacramento that was able to consistently pull in PBS channels at high VHF and only available at Home Depot. I did use a downstream RCA amplifier and may have to add to switch box for adding in an additional UHF antennae, but this one gives me My Must Have channels. Go with this antennae first. You may not need another.

Excellent reception! Highly impressed! I hung the FreeVision antenna in the attic with one pole and two u-bolts. With that mounting I aimed the antenna easily then locked it down. Even with it in the attic I get every channel available in the Denver market crystal clear, and no more pixelation. For the price it is the best antenna out there.

Excellent antenna exceeded my expectations. I am between Philadelphia and NYC in Trenton NJ. Not only did it get all the Philly stations including wpvi 6 it is a great FM radio antenna in the direction it is pointed. I even get ch7 WABC in NY in the opposite direction.
