Q:I’ve read the fabrication docs but not sure the best sink cutout process. Do I rough out the hole then route it to the finished edge? Or do I just use the router and cut 1/8 inch deep at a time? One side is curved so worried about that rough out.

A:  Get a hole saw and drill out the corners of the sink as well as center, use a harder backer circ saw blade and make slow shallow passes, don’t try it all at once, will burn and be a mess. Once sink hole is cut get router w/new bit to clean up cut

    A:  Use a router to finish, it cleans up the edges really well, be careful not to burn it or you’ll be sanding/scotchbrite pad the crap out of it to remove the burn mark! Small shallow passes with router

        Q:Supports I read are needed front to back every 24” So a 30” wide cabinet I will need another support? Or is it front & back over a 24” span. standards dishwasher cabinet both sides no support needed, 30” desk opening a runner both front & back is req

        A:  A 30 " support every 24" would be recommended.

          Q:Since this includes a backsplash can the it be used to build up a step back edge. Adhere it to bottom of slab a 1/2” in from slab front edge this minimizes the seam gives a 1” thick look. Read that there is no recommended adhesive but seams get epoxied?

          A:  Yeah, here is what it looks like epoxied, just be sure to clean edges up with router and sand paper. Epoxy will absolutely hold this

            Q:I want to use this as a desktop with no cabinets underneath. How can I secure the 76” x 30” desk top to the wall brackets, with screws or silicon adhesive or any other recommended method?

              Q:I’d like to use above washer & dryer with 2x4 cleats on sides and back. Would a 72” span need additional support to avoid sagging at the front center? Weight on the top would be minimal, but would the material sag under its’ own weight?
