A: These step stools in my opinion aren't really rubberized you can squeeze or flex. It's more like a plastic that is durable and does not slip or slide on concrete. I've had the rubberized type and in time they break apart. This is a very solid step stool and handy to have or carry in your vehicle.

A: It appears to me to be a composite of some sort, but is hard, like plastic. I would not call it rubber.

A: The main body is aluminum. Only the hardware is steel. I wouldn't always leave it out in the rain often, but it is very weather resistant.

A: I am surprised it is not in the description as well! The step stool is in the workshop at the moment so not right in front of me but I estimate the top platform is about 6" by 12" and is about 12" high. I may be off by an inch or two in any of the measurements but not more than that. 6" x 12" by 12" high is probably a very good estimate. Solid little step stool I got for the workshop just to grab in a pinch to grab something a little more safely off the top shelves. Works perfect for what I bought it for and its compact size means it is not in the way. I am considering buying another one just to have in the house for just a quick step rather than pulling out the much larger folding step stool. BTW, I am 250 lbs and this step stool is surprisingly solid. It says 325lb capacity and I believe it. I never worry when stepping on it for a quick item off the top shelves. Would definitely buy again.
