A:  Hi Robert, thanks for the question. Our Premium Plus Exterior Paint can be used to paint PVC pipe. Since PVC has a smooth surface, I'd recommend priming it first with our Bonding Primer because it's designed to adhere to smooth glossy surfaces. Have a great day! -Ronald
