A:  The outside deck is 5.4Sq Ft the inside deck is 9 sq ft.

A:  The set has been designed and engineered for Children 3-10 years of age only and for residential use only. A maximum of 150 lbs. per child is recommended for play activities designed for individual use. A maximum of 120 lbs. per child is recommended for play activities designed for multiple child use. A maximum of 9 children is recommended for this swing set.

A:  No, it was for my granddaughter and so my son is putting it together, not sure if he has finished it ir not.

A:  Our grandkids aren't big enough to stress our set like that (yet?). I'd make sure the triangular support on the end is solidly anchored to the ground. If it is the next thing to check is that the beam is solid to the tower.

A:  Hello Laura- Yes, this will come with ground stakes to secure it to the ground.

A:  From the ground to the highest deck is 5' and from the ground to the lowest deck is 2'-2".

A:  Hello- Great question! Unfortunately, that is not on option as we have never tested that for safety. I apologize.
