A:  All of our products will come with just a water based stain for color purposes only. We do recommend sealing as soon as possible before or after assembly and about once a year after that. Any water or oil based clear sealant should suffice.

A:  Set aside at least 6 hours there are lots of parts and it takes time to put it together right.

A:  I would say at least 15x20 that way the kids have room to swim and run around it

A:  Upper deck dimensions: 64 in. x 40 in. Upper deck height: 4 ft

A:  Around 4ft. My 2 year old goes up the ladder just fine and down the slid

A:  Our original designs are the only configurations that have passed the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) for safety. For this reason, we do not permit modifications to our products.
