Q:My height measurement is 7" 1/2" short of the spec. Will these work?

Answer This Question
A: The endcaps are 7-1/2" tall and will not install on a back plate measurement less than 7-1/2" tall.
With a 7" measurement from the floor to the top of the existing back plate, the wall brackets (WB001) will be needed for installation.
For panels 5' long or less, (2) wall brackets will be needed. Panels longer than 5' will need (3) wall brackets.
The overall installation height will become 8-1/4" (7" + 1-1/4"). There will be a 3/4" space from the floor to the bottom of the endcap and a 1-1/2" space from the floor to the bottom of the endcap.

Answer This Question
A: Baseboarders panels and accessories are designed for us with hydronic baseboard heaters, but can be used with other types depending on the dimensions (specifically height and depth). The Basic style panels are 6-3/4" tall, the endcaps are 7-1/2" tall and the inside depth is 3". Note: Baseboarders styles do not accommodate for knobs, levers, thermostats, etc. since hydronic baseboard heaters do not require these functions.
