Q:Since this doesn’t anchor into the ground, what strength winds can this handle without blowing over?

A: We found it to be very stable with wind gusts over 60 mph and not had an issue.

A: It’s good, strong and sturdy. It can hold 6-8 plants by adding tie on top of the curve. So far I have no problem on windy day because the plant are heavy and holding it down

A: I am sorry I can't give you a better answer BUT...I put mine on my enclosed porch. It"s tall. Very sturdy but with hanging baskets in the high winds??? It is heavy and very well made.

A: Hello - each arm holds 25 lbs of weight. If you plan to hang heavy planters from the arms, please remember to balance the stand by hanging planters on opposite sides to prevent the stand from toppling over.

A: Hi Chris! Our 4-Arm Plant Stand does not anchor in the ground. It remains very stable once 4 hanging baskets are added to the stand.
