A:  We do not recommend using the logs and the crystals at the same time. We recommend using either the logs by itself, OR the crystals with the transparent tray.

A:  This unit comes with both logs and the crystals. The logs and crystals only go in the fireplace as an either/or, not both at the same time.

A:  it helps to study the pictures for a long time - looking at the part numbers (letters) the 2 little bottom legs should be installed prior to other things - the sequence did not tell us that it is a fairly easy install though - one person - maybe with help holding things

A:  Thia is an electric space heater with 1 speed. Has a fan that blows heat out. Its pretty but works in small maybe medium spaces. It plugs into a wall outlet.
