Q:My closet is bigger than the largest system. I need help figuring out what will fit and what to order. Are there design experts available to assist me? And if so, how do I get in touch with them?

A:  You can combine multiple closet kits for larger closets or add components on to any kit(s) you purchase. Your best bet is to send your dimensions to customers@thestowcompany.com. Tell them what you would like in your design, and they will create one for you. And to the Home Depot Associate's misstatement, even if your closet were smaller than the kit you selected, you can always shorten sections by cutting down the shelves and hanging rods or leave off a section. The manufacturer's customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the email address above is one way you can reach out to them.

              Q:The description says it fits closet size up to 7 ft. on the short wall and 10 ft. on the long wall. What is the minimum width needed for the short wall and the long wall?

              A:  all the units can be cut down to fit the space except the drawer and slanted shoe shelf units.

                A:  you will need to trim down the 72" vertical panels a little as to get them on the track it has to be raised above the rail about 4" to settle the vertical panels back down onto the hanging rail.

                    A:  this only attaches to the back wall so it can be used without it reaching the side walls.

                      A:  all the vertical panels are 5/8th inch thick, the tall and double hang units are 34 7/8th wide, the drawer unit, shoe unit, and shelves unit are all 23 7/8th wide.

                        A:  yes the shelves and hanging bars can be cut down to a smaller size using a table or circular saw with 100 teeth or more.

                          Q:What are the widths of each section. The description says 84"D x 120" Wide. Does that mean the longer section is 120" and the shorter section without the drawers is 84"?

                          A:  the inside measurements of each unit from left tall hang to the far right double hang is as follows: 34 7/8ths, 23 7/8ths, 23 7/8ths, 34 7/8ths, 23 7/8th , 34 7/8th after the vertical panels between each unit are 5/8th thick.

                            A:  the units are 14" deep each but the side wall unit (smaller one) plus the needed access space is 84" x 120 " for the longer wall and the tallest panels are 72" tall.
