A:  It has 3 different white light brightness settings but no red light. Beam is not adjustable.

A:  Press the gray button. The one on the right is white light, the one on the left is red. Twisting the center knob focuses the beam.

A:  My color is a bit different being orange with gray sections on top left and right. I think the pic here is gray with orange sections...either way, on those colored sections on top, the you press down on top right side for the light (keep clicking for weaker light until it goes off again) and you press down on the top left section for the two little red lights to come on....

A:  No. Twisting it focuses the light pattern. The grey parts on top are the buttons.

A:  The right button on top turns it on. The center knob adjust the light beam. Great headlamp.

A:  If it is within the return time I would return it to the store. I have six of these that came with batteries installed and they are still going after a year.

A:  Led bulbs cannot be replaced. May want to play with switch pushing side to side also check battery contract may sure they are clean. After that like everything else put in trash buy new one

A:  Make sure the battery's are in correctly, 1 turned one way the other 2 turned the opposite way. Bulbs are not replaceable but the unit is. They (Coast) offer a 100% replacement for life. Take receipt to HD or to the manufacture on back of packaging.

A:  No u can’t.

A:  I don't know. I just keep on recharging it. The head lamp battery holder opens up so you can use alkaline batteries, or replace the rechargeable battery.

A:  Not sure. Still fully charged after one week with use around home renovations.

A:  given you don't move your head the effective tilt is roughly 35-40 Deg.
