A:  They are light - way too light. I do not expect them to last a year. If you can buy a heavier chair, do so. OSH had one I also bought. it looks similar but will last much longer.

A:  I think that the weight listed is for all four chairs; however, I bought the white ones and can only speak for those. The box of 4 was approximately 10 pounds. These chairs have been a great investment for me and we use them constantly.

OR your other option is to call the 1-800 number for Home Depot on Line ordering and talk to a customer service associate and explain that you are ordering a large quantity and would like a discount and have them shipped to your local store or an address where you want them delivered. They will be more than glad to help you get your chairs the easiest way at the best price. I love my chairs, they are very comfortable when you have to sit a while.

A:  The weight limit for the chair is 500 pounds. We have had friends that weigh 350 pounds sit comfortably in these chairs with no problems. These are light weight chairs and can be easily transported to and from locations. It is a very sturdy chair and the back and seat are molded out of a quality polomor. I recommend these chairs to anyone that needs seating. Great purchase.

A:  If I understand that these chairs are sold in a 4 pack. That might be the high cost reason. The other reason is that these are a quality item made to stand up to abuse and yet still be transportable. These chairs hold 500 pounds and are not made flimsy that after a dozen or so uses you throw them away. These chairs were built to last. They are a good investment. BE SAFE
