A:  Our biggest pant are 48", wish we could help. Dickies 874 goes to size 58 which may help

A:  The less expensive version is a special Home Depot product and it appears they are having a promotion. Pants are exactly the same.

A:  The pad pocket is 8.5" wide x 10" tall. Hope that helps.

A:  Alternatives are available. The pockets are easy to fit pads of various sizes into. As well as cutting your own. I use 5 mm EVA.
