The downfall is they do not sell the boards with the holes that the pipes go in, in case you were wanting to make your own custom lengths. Home Depot indicated to me that they could not buy those pieces.

A:  Yes, you can purchase other balusters of your choice for this rail kit. Please keep in mind that this rail is sold as an entire kit, so the balusters that were made for the rail will still come with the order.

A:  I don't understand if you are anchoring the railing to posts of concrete for which I would use tapcons or if you are asking how to anchor a post to concrete for which I would use bracket usp PA44E TZ fastened with chemical anchor MITEK INCREDI-BOND and 5/8" all thread.
