My best advice is to look up "hardware for curtains and drapes" on the Home Depot website. Second choice would be to visit-in-person your local Home Depot store and ask an associate where to find that bracket. Please remember when you physically visit the store:

Q:Can the rod be pulled apart, or the end balls temporarily removed so I can insert one end thru a pre drilled 1 3/8” curtain rod hole. I’ve made some per made rod holders? Thank you..
