A: After having received two damaged lampshades, I was told I needed to return and re-buy the whole lamp in order to get a perfect lampshade. Thankfully, Home Depot works quickly!

A: Replacement shades are not available from the vendor. Try a local lamp store.

Q:I purchased the lamp a few months ago and realized it was lopsided the other day (almost falling down). I tried to tighten the balls and the bottom ball isn’t connecting to the base. I’m wondering what I can do to fit this. I’m so bummed!

Q:Just purchased this lamp. It says 3 way on the description but it is not. Was it printed incorrectly or is the lamp defective?.

A: I truly think it was mislabeled online. Ours came with a light bulb and it is not a three way.

A: Same here! Ordered 3-way bulbs for it but can't use them. It does NOT have a 3-way switch.

A: Aaaahhhh… :(
So, I have had the same problem where online - HomeDepot is selling a 3 way lamp but a one-way lamp was delivered.
I have purchased and returned this lamp twice and I have discovered on the packing slip there are 2 item numbers PL1599 and PL3892 (include FL bulb). HomeDepot will contact the vendor to correct this issue. It's a beautiful lamp but I need a 3 way lamp as described using my own 3-way bulb. I hope this helps..
