      A:  Everything for a normal installation is included in the box. Something special may require a glass shop for installation.

        A:  My mirror came with all needed hardware. If yours didn't check for a list of items in the package, my guess is you were shorted the hardware. Either return it or call delta.

          Q:There is an outlet above our sink, where we would mount a mirror. It is off to the side a bit, but not far enough to the side that a mirror would fit. If we mounted this mirror, essentially covering the outlet, would we still have enough room to access the outlet?

          A:  Mary, Thank you for your question on the Delta Silverton 26 in. H x 22 in. W Single Wall Mirror in Chrome. The projection of the mirror is 3.5" off the wall that may allow enough space for you to access the outlet. Best, Customer Care Team

            A:  Yes you would. I just tested our mirror and there is enough room that plug will not interfere with the mirror. The mirror allows some movement which would help with outlet being behind it. Hope this helps!

                A:  yes, you would, but i would put mirror higher then nonmoral because the mirror tilt giving you more viewing

                      Q:I purchased this mirror 4 months and it was fine. Yesterday it was tilted down and will not stay in the proper position. It’s only my wife and myself and we do not move it for any reason. Could it be the bushings be the issue (There no other reason that this would happen). Please advise. Thank you.

                      A:  the rubber grommets on the side holder where out, either take the mirror down and adjust the bracket, or next time you get a package put a block of Styrofoam behind it, use double sided tape
