A: Hi Chris,
Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help!
The handle is attached with a set screw on the side of the handle. I recommend loosening the screw, lining up the handle, the retightening with a 3/32" hex wrench.
If there is a leak from the handle, with the handle removed, use a socket to ensure the bonnet nut is tight. If the leak remains, the RP60400 valve assembly should be replaced.
Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions!

Q:I bought the Victorian 8 in widespread delta faucet model 3555-RBMPU-DST and had it installed but the lift for the drain doesn't seal to keep water in. Is there a push button stopper that will work with this set up?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Carol,
Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
I have included a link below to the push pop that would match the 3555-RBMPU-DST, however I also included some troubleshooting steps that we would recommend trying first.
First, check to be sure the strap assembly that operates the stopper is properly adjusted and the nut holding the horizontal rod in the drain assembly is tight (snug against the tailpiece). Be sure the stopper is properly adjusted so when the lift knob is pulled up, the stopper is allowed to drop. The stopper is pulled down when installed in the vandal resistant bail position. If any section hits underneath the counter or sink, the stopper cannot drop far enough to seal. If everything is adjusted properly, then check the amount of sealant (plumber's putty or silicone) between the flange and the lavatory bowl itself. Code permits that stoppers can leak no more than a gallon per hour with 6" of water in the bowl. [ASME A112.18.1-2000 6.7.2]
