A:  Thank you for your question, Carr! The handles on model 2532LF-MPU are able to control the water volume. When the water first comes on, it will come out as a trickle. With the handles in the full on position, this faucet would have a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gpm @ 60 psi. Best Regards, Benjamin

If a Delta model 2532LF-MPU is dripping from the spout when the handle is off, the only thing that would need to be replaced is the RP4993 seats and springs.
