A: It's in the switch. Flashlight switches are notorious foIr being finicky. Suggest "adjusting" tbe components and maybe bending the brass gently. Can clean battery contacts battery contacts with small amount baking soda and water.

A: this is my complaint as well. I believe this is a flaw in the flashlight. It happened to me the second day I had it, I took it all apart made sure all connection points were clean and new batteries and then when I put it back together it worked but now when I needed it and took it out to use it did the same thing. I am going to try to return the flashlight and see if I can get an American made flashlight. I have had the same problem with other brands before all made in China

A: No, and that was one reason I bought it. I do not care for that feature as it takes an extra click to turn off the light which will eventually wear the switch out prematurely versus one without the strobe. It's a feature I have never needed nor do I expect to

Q:How does changing the brightness (battery usage) work? Is this done by clicking the button again, or is there a separate control? I do not like flashlights where I have to click through different modes to turn it on or off.

A: The lens slides in and out to focus the beam. The beam changes from wide to narrow as you slide the lens in and out.

A: the end that contains the bulb and lens can be grasped and it slides in and out to adjust the zoom. it will change the range of light from a small concentrated focus of approximately 24 inches up to approximately 30 feet. the beam will change from narrow to wide depending on where you have the lens adjusted
by|Jan 8, 2020
A: Thank you for your questions. The zoom focus operates by pulling the head of the flashlight forward. The 750 Lumen Flashlight has a maximum beam distance of 975 feet. The 360 Lumen Flashlight has a maximum beam distance of 590 feet. The beam, with the head extended, is narrow.
