We do not recommend modifying our storm door since it will void its warranty. We have available storm door models which have pet doors. A:  Thank you for your inquiry. The door jamb is part of the house where the storm door will be mounted. The EMCO 3/4 Light Storm Door comes with a door frame such a hinge rail, latch rail and raincap or top frame.  -Marki

A:  Thank you for your question. The EMCO 100 Series Self-Storing Storm Door is a universal handing storm door and does not come with pre-drilled holes for the hardware, so you can choose which on handing hand where the handle will be installed. - Arnie

A:  Thank you for your inquiry. You can install a second closer at the top of the EMCO 100 Plus Series Storm Door. However, we do not recommend it since, based on the manual, the door only comes with one closer kit to be installed at the bottom. Any damage to the door caused by the second closer kit will void the warranty. - Laine

A:  Thank you for your question. We would like to let you know that the width needed for a storm door measuring 34 inches is 33-3/4 to 34-3/8, and for a storm door measuring 36 inches, it is 35-3/4 to 36-3/8. You can purchase the 36-inch-wide storm door, but your opening will need to be modified. If you would rather, you may alternatively ask to have a storm door made to order for you to obtain the exact measurement you need for your opening. - Laine
