Q:When I ordered the 15in x 48in shutters, the description online said each shutter would have 4 vertical boards, but when I received them each shutter only had three. How many vertical boards do each 18in x 48in shutters have? The description online says each will have 5 vertical boards, but I don't know whether to trust it based on the inaccurate description of the other shutters I ordered and received.

A:  Dear Valued HomeDepot Customer, We reached out to the MFG for more information and below is their response. "Wood shutters do not come with any hardware for mounting. Install methods can vary by personal preference from using non corrosive screws to using pintel & hinges."
