In the How to Get It section just above the add to cart, you can select which ever option is available (Ship to Home, Pick up in Store, Deliver from Store or ship to home) option. A:  Yes because you are part of the US territory and I know you will love the product and with the problems with outages these will be perfect to supply power when needed

A:  I mailed the items to Puerto Rico via Priority Flat Rate with the Postal Service.

A:  I suspect they cannot. The website only offers 2 choices. Purchase online and pick up at your local Home Depot for free or they can be delivered from the closest Home Depot for a fee. There isn't an option to have them shipped. One of the Home Depot's in Puerto Rico probably would need to have them in stock to set up delivery there. I use the site a lot but never had the occasion to ship to Puerto Rico. To be sure, their customer service can be reached at 800-466-3337.
