A:  Do you mean the PVC drain fitting or a drain pipe? You should contact the customer service for the missing PVC drain fitting. You have to build the drain pipe from PVC pipes or to hire a plumber for the job.

A:  Check online auctions  I work for one & the TL we pUrchased had several on pallet.  the only other solution I have is ooen box before you take it home from the store. Yes, have it shipped to nearest store, not direct ship to home.

A:  The aluminum pans are the only ones rated for gas water heaters.

A:  I used my sheet metal gauge and it's somewhere around .125" at the rim - plenty thick enough to be a drain pan. Its not cheaply made and has the integrity to keep water off your floor and have it divert through the provided drain without leaking. That said, it's extremely malleable. Care must be exercised to avoid crushing the rim when putting the water heater inside and kicking or stepping on it afterwards - it will crush. The good news is it's so soft that it can be bent back into shape easily, although it won't ever look the same. A better bet is to buy one of the new plastic pans Home Depot offers. I switched to those a few years ago and have never looked back. They don't dent and don't conduct electricity. I'm not sure why the aluminum pans even are still out there.

A:  There were 2 pans available. Depends on your width of water tank. I had a tall tank. Check the specifications on the website for your tank. Then select the one wide enough to hold it. Also check the spa pace it is going into on the base to see if it will fit!

A:  It depends whether the water heater is gas or electric... Of course, the gallon size and finished foot print diameter is necessary and can be obtained by determining the diameter of the tank's foot print (leg support under bottom of tank) shown in each water tank specification

A:  I believe its a 3/4 pvc pipe. You can always get a reducing fitting. The truth is if you water heater leaks this drain wont be much help. Its like putting a gallon of water in a small cup with a pin hole. Its not going to drain fast enough. Your better off putting a water alarm. This way if it gets moist your going to hear the alarm and shut the water off. Good luck and happy Easter.
