A:  You can get it in any color scheme you want as long as the color scheme you want is black and white.

A:  The tip is metal so maybe not, but the handle is soft and rubbery so I would think you would be fine. I have used mine during lightning and was fine.

A:  I believe the umbrellas only come in black and white and all black colors as an option. I’m not sure if it comes in black and orange but that would definitely be a question for Home Depot’s customer service team.

A:  I didn't see any with orange. Just Black and Black and White. I would call store to see if they have orange and black.

A:  Okay all, I'm not crazy. The button was broken off. lol It's smooth so I assumed it was "fancy" like that. It just doesn't work. Bought another one and love it.

A:  First unwrap the cord. Put your hand on the metal past the handle and slide the hand up until you feel a round piece of plastic. Push this black round piece of plastic up until it clicks. Boom, it's open!

A:  Play with it but yes, press the lever while pushing up to click in place.

A:  There is a small button. It is great that it isn't one of those over sized buttons because those always seem to snag something. This one is easy to use and works well. I have used ours multiple times and have had no issues in wind and rain. Great purchase!!!

A:  The entire problem was that the little button you push was gone and two of the metal rods are missing. The umbrella is broken. I knew I'd used one many many times so this was really throwing me for a loop.

A:  There is a little metal flat slant button you push into the umbrella stem. It is located under the material on the stem.

A:  First, unwrap the closed ribbon around it by unfastening the Velcro. Place your hand on the metal piece just below the handle. Slide your hand up to the round plastic piece with the little metal lever you were pressing. Press the lever and push the lever and plastic surrounding the lever up until the umbrella opens and locks.

A:  Mine both open just fine. The button is small but is nice because it doesn't snag on things. I love both of our umbrellas and fit my husband, two boys, and I just fine underneath it .

A:  No cancer causing-harmful chemicals; it was also sold in the store.

A:  I am not sure if they have chemicals, there is no odor of any. I have used the two I purchased and am very pleased with them both! They have held up in heavy rain and wind plus kept four of us covered well. I would purchase them again for sure!!! I am a baseball mom and we are rough with our stuff and haven't had any issues so far. Very worth the price and the size is great!
