        Answer This Question

A:  This is so easy to install any handyman or a friend with drill and a correct size hole saw, can install in about 10 to 15 minutes. Great viewer at a very good price, I purchased 2 of these, one for front door and one for garage door. I hope this helps. P.S. Home Depot also sales hole saw kits to install this door viewer.

A:  I installed this device on my front door. The outside and inside were made of 1/8 steel with a styrofoam filler. Device was solid and installed easily. Just remember when you install that the height of the viewing hole isn’t to high so some members of your family don’t have to stand on a box to see through the peep hole.

Q:In Questions and Answers, it says that people outside the door cannot see into your house. In the reviews, it says that people can plainly see in your house. Do anyone, especially the manufacturer, Belwith, know if people can see inside your house? This is very important to me.

A:  The view from inside to out is panoramic. The view from outside to inside is like looking through a microscope. You can’t see much. If this still bothers you then put a small cover over the inside and remove it when you want to see who’s at the door.
