        A:  Hello, These would definitely work. however, the adhesive is pressure sensitive for flooring surfaces. You would need to use a spray adhesive to keep them in place and falling due to them being on the ceiling with no pressure being consistently applied. This application may void the warranty since not being used for what the tiles was intended for. Thank you.

          Q:How thick is this carpet square? I see it say .26 for carpet pile is the the actual thickness?

          A:  The carpet tiles are thin. So the .26 is the pile height. You should see a photo of a coin up against the tile to show you exactly how thick it is. Thank you .
