Q:I bought this item last February and it cook / bake perfectly. The only issue I have is with the clock, it gain 5 minutes ever day. Any setup or adjustment that I can do other than reseting the time daily?

A:  Hi, Pierre! That is very unusual. Is the timer counting down properly? You should be able to reset the computer by shutting off power to the oven for 30-120 seconds.     Q:The specifications say: "Cut-Out Left to Right Width 29 inches". My 30" cabinet has an opening width of 28 1/2 inches, Is the cut out width the same as the oven's width?

    A:  Hello, Tommy. The front face of the oven is 30”, but the width of the oven that would go into the cut-out space is 28-1/4inches. For proper installation, the cut-out width needs to be between 28-1/2”- 29”.
