A:  There are no ice packs included. You can put ice in the tank, but it does not show a diagram for it. The bottom is a tank that holds the water. So you have to put the ice in the bottom, not the top.

A:  Comes with two small ice pack. All you do is freeze them then put into water tank.

A:  You can unlatch and lift the top half off to add ice to the tank, which is at the bottom. Ice packs are not included. The tank is filled from the top, so ice cannot fit through that simple filling method.

A:  I liked it it really helped. Me sleep good through the summer nights in the country where we had no actual AC unit only wall mount ac coolers so it was a lifsaver

A:  They finally replaced ice packs

A:  I bought my own ice packs, the unit didnt come with any. In addition, I add additional ice when I would use it. That would help for a quick burst of cool air, but thats it. From there, no different than a regular fan. I was and still am disappointed in letting myself get caught up in the marketing hype of “water coolers”. My humidistat usually runs between 35-45%, well within advertised requirements for effective results per manufacturer(s).

A:  I think this air cooler might be just what you need. Holds a large amount of water. I only have to refill about every 2 or 3 days. Cools well. 4 blower speeds. Cool or just fan. Lots of controls, which it remembers. I have two. I really love them.
