A:  The length of 39 inches is the length with side shelves.

A:  No that’s just the length of the table it’s self

A:  The overall height is 33.6 inches.

A:  Not sure. I wasn’t able to assemble due to not having all the hardware sets.

A:  Bought mine last week. The height isn’t too high. I didn’t measure it, but it’s about hip level for an 11 year old.

A:  No it does not come assembled however VERY simple to do and took less than an hour myself!

A:  Mine didn't but the instructions are super easy! You will only need a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer.

A:  I assembled it, it was easy. A friend added a little manpower ensuring tightening.

A:  It would look funny because the 2 right legs are higher than the left one and once the shelves are removed, I don't believe it would be stable enough, based on what I have.
